Thanks to its opaque color layer, the closed surface structure prevents liquids from penetrating the leather, even under heavy use. Lastly, the natural-looking grain provides the leather with a naturally beautiful, classic Italian appearance.

However, when stretched, the leather grain on a covered sofa will appear slightly smoother than on swatches. As the leather ages, it develops a unique character and becomes increasingly beautiful.

The untreated top-grain Italian leather used in our sofas ensures that each piece is unique. This premium-quality top-grain leather is beautifully structured and measures 1.4 to 1.8 mm in thickness. The leather's surface retains its natural grain, which is acquired during the tanning and dying process, giving it an authentic leather character. Additionally, the leather quickly adjusts to the body's temperature and has a breathable surface that feels smooth and soft against the skin.

Please note that the leather's structure on a covered sofa may look slightly different than on the swatch - when stretched, the grain will appear smoother. Over time, the leather acquires its own individual character, becoming increasingly beautiful. Top-grain Italian leather, particularly buffalo leather, is an excellent choice for those seeking high-quality leather.
