Delivery Timeframe

Looking for premium designer furniture at an excellent price? Since we manufacture each piece of furniture only after receiving your order, our delivery timeframe may be slightly longer. You can find a detailed description of the product's delivery time within the product's article description. Please note that delivery time for custom-sized sofa orders may be up to four weeks longer. Rest assured, we will coordinate the exact delivery date with you in direct contact with the forwarders. In some cases, we may combine individual shipments into one shipment when you order multiple items.

Shipment / Delivery

Enjoy a hassle-free experience with our Free Shipping and White Glove Delivery service, which brings your furniture straight to your home. Please note that we ship all our products to the United States of America, except for the islands and the US state of Alaska. The furniture are delivered by our forwarding agents. Our delivery partners will place your new furniture in any room or space where you wish to have it.

A few days before delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable date. You will be contacted by phone or, if necessary, by postcard or email. If the scheduled date is inconvenient for you, you can contact our delivery partner to change it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before receiving delivery of your new furniture, please ensure that your staircase and hallway are wide enough for the packages, some of which may be very large. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
